Tracking Number Timing
Tracking numbers are sent via email within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the email for the tracking link to activate.

Cancellation & Modification

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement.
Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be possible if the order is already processing.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy instead.
Order Modifications
Need to update your shipping address, change a product size, or adjust your order quantity? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Modifications are only possible within 12 hours of order placement.
