Policy Details
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipped orders.
